श्रेणी

श्रेणी अनुक्रम के तत्वों का योग है। उदाहरण के लिए $2,4,6,8$ चार तत्वों वाला एक अनुक्रम है और संबंधित श्रेणी $2+4+6+8$ होगी जहां श्रेणी का योग या श्रेणी का मान 20 होगा।

Sequence	Series
In sequence, elements are placed in a particular order following a particular set of rules.	In series, the order of the elements is not necessary.
It is just a collection (set) of elements that follow a pattern.	It is a sum of elements that follow a pattern.
Order of appearance of the numbers is important.	The order of appearance is not important.
Example: Arithmetic Sequence $1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15$	Example: Arithmetic Series $1+3+5+7+9+11+13+15$

समांतर श्रेणी

समांतर श्रेणी, समांतर अनुक्रम का उपयोग करके बनाई गई एक श्रेणी है। उदाहरण के लिए $1+3+5+7+9+11+13+15$ एक समांतर श्रेणी है।

समांतर श्रेणी का प्रतिनिधित्व $a+(a+d)+(a+2d)+(a+3d)+$..$a$ $a+(a+d)+(a+2d).......$ द्वारा किया जाता है

गुणोत्तर श्रेणी

गुणोत्तर श्रेणी, एक गुणोत्तर अनुक्रम का उपयोग करके बनाई गई एक श्रेणी है। उदाहरण के लिए $1+2+4+8+16+32$ एक गुणोत्तर श्रेणी है।
